Brian Markle

OWNER

Brian Markle is a Brevard County, FL licensed residential contractor. After obtaining a degree from Clemson University, he resided in Santa Barbara, CA where he oversaw stunning, multimillion-dollar construction projects. In 2010, he began Markle Construction in Stone Harbor, NJ where much of his extended family lives. To make their dreams of year-round sunshine a reality, Brian relocated his family and the business to the Melbourne beachside area in 2015.

Brian is passionate about helping clients make improvements that bring new life into their homes. While most of his projects consist of full home renovations, additions, and kitchen and bath remodels, some homes may only need new flooring, or windows and doors to achieve the desired look and feel. Work is a priority for Brian, but he does manage to sneak in a few surf sessions when he can.

Brian and his wife Betsy are thrilled they were able to root their family of five and both businesses in Brevard County (his wife owns Sunshine Wellness Institute). They love the community and Brian is honored to be able to provide the services of Markle Construction to the residents of Beachside and in the Melbourne area.
